Toromade Oluwatosin (b.1990)

Toromade is a graduate of Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, Nigeria. He started producing paintings at an early age that thrilled the eyes that came in  contact with his artistic abilities. 

Tosin Toromade is a seasoned professional artist, a multifaceted art guru who has chosen  to look beyond the two dimensional surface of Art, but has also embrace the new media  including photography, digital art and most recently film making, in expressing himself.  
With a several successful group Art exhibitions, and a Solo exhibition, he has been able to  carve a niche for himself as a portrait and figurative artist. He focuses on the sensual  nature of art, aiming to depict the mind, mood and expression of humans and the  complications that come with life and survival in Africa, through the combination of  symbolism, texture and iconography. 
Tòrò is constantly looking for how to tell document event and create art through  consistent research of alternative art materials such as Charcoal and Coffee. His works have been housed by passionate art lovers, collectors and galleries.
